If you have Classic Heatsinks or Universal Thermal Clips installed and wish to update to this mod you must uninstall them via Manage Target and restore SFXGame to vanilla as this mod mergemods the same data.

Code changes were made between version 1.1 and 1.2. You must restore SFXGame to vanilla then reinstall this mod for it work properly.

Changing the ammo pool size for the Universal Thermal Clips setting has been reduced from changing every weapon ammo variable to just one variable. Personal customization should be much easier now. See the main page for instructions.

I would like to know If it posible to reduce de amount of clips you pick up per "clip", with universal thermal clips. What I mean is when you change the amount of clips you can carry, lets say 30 instead of the default 10, then an enemy drops what it looks like a single clip and I pick it up I gain 11 clips for the total pool from that "one clip". I would like to add from 1 to 3 max clips. Is there a way to change that?

The mod is very good, it really does what it promises. But would it be possible to include heavy weapons as well? I'd like infinite ammo for ALL weapons, including the heavy ones.

This genuinely solves one of my biggest problems with Mass Effect 2 and 3 and it's unbelievable how simple it is. I love that I have the option of reloading to continue fire or wait and let it recharge on its own. Fantastic work, 100% mandatory for all my playthroughs.

Do you know where I can find a simple infinite ammo mod for LE2?

How can you regulate the chance and amount of ammunition dropped from enemies? Is this feature planned for this mod?
I independently found the necessary lines in BioWeapon.ini, but changing them did not help.

Thank you. I loved Classic Heatsinks and it is very convenient that I decided to replay ME2 right when this mod got updated

This is perfect! I'm playing through the series for the first time, and coming straight from ME1 the change from the unique cooldown mechanics to the every-other-shooter mechanics was so jarring. Reading the lore that "explained" why they were going back to normal bullets, I imagined this exact behavior. Thank you for making it!

Is there a ME 3 version of this mod? If there is, I cannot seem to find it.

It's the same name just change le2 to le3 lol.

Edit: You aren't trying to install this for OT Mass Effect 2 are you? Its only for Legendary Edition.

I know this is for LE and my intention is to use this for it.
Also, thanks. I was able to find it. I could have sworn I searched for it under that name, But I guess I did not.

Just pointing out, when you hid the old Universal Clips mod for LE3, you left a link to the LE2 updated mod, which is kinda confusing.

i have the omni ammo installed and want to change the value from fRegenRate=100.0 to something a little faster for sniper rifles like fRegenRate=60.0.
can i simply change the value and apply the mod again or do i have to use the backup and reinstall all mods or can i just change the numbers in the biogame.ini or is there a tool for it in the modmanager?

Change the number in the mod folder per instructions then reapply the mod.

I love the idea that the clips would regenerate over time, but I think there should be an additional option that prevents you from picking up ammo.
