Description

Recently finished my Renegade playthrough and had as usual a hard time making a Shepard I'm satisfied with.
Eventually I ended up with this and was semi-satisfied.

Thought I share it in case someone else struggles as much as I do with their perfectionism.

Note: The cheeks of custom characters in Mass Effect games are always one of the hardest part to get right. I did my best, but I'm not fully satisfied.
However, with the right hairstyle, they can be hidden quite well.

Required mods are listed above.
Keep in mind that texture mods have to be installed last!

Installation

1. Make sure the required mods are installed (hair, eyes and skin are optional but obviously will change the appearance quite a lot)

2. Extract the archive you downloaded from this mod page

2. Download Trilogy Save Editor and open (top left corner) the save file you want to edit

3. Go to the Head Morph tab and click on Import and the select the extracted Lyanna Headmorph.ron file
   

4. Click on Save in the top left corner, and either overwrite your existing save (make a backup first!) or make a new save with a different save file number.
E.g. if the save file you loaded was called "Save_0050" you now call it "Save_0051" or whatever number is free.
Note: If you make a new save, you have to manually load it from the main menu. The resume option will most likely load your old save file.

5. Close the Tool and load your game. Enjoy your new Shepard.
