You can change the hairstyle using the Trilogy Save Editor. I personally recommend poucinette's "New Hairstyle for MShep" mod and MorningAngel's "Hairstyles for MaleShep LE3". You can download any mod that adds new hairstyles, or just use the vanilla ones. It is up to you! However, if you do not have the required hairstyle mods, or if you plan to use another hairstyle from those mods, then you MUST make use of the Trilogy Save Editor and change the hairstyle to one of your own liking.
