So you are both playing ME 1 or 2, this head is for ME3, hence the ME3 tag, I have not finished the a working ME1 head, this one should mostly work on ME2 but you may experience glitches
I think maybe I'm too dumb to use this mod. I see that .ron file type is in the plot subfolder for the trilogy editor, but what exactly am I supposed to do to get femshep's eyes?
1) Head Morph section of the Trilogy Save Editor 2) Open Texture Parametres 3) If there is an entry named "EYE_Diff", remove it. 4) If there is an entry named "EYE_Spec", remove it. 5) Add a new entry, name "EYE_Diff", value "BIOG_HMM_HED_PROMorph.IllusiveMan.HMM_HED_PROIllusiveman_Eye_Diff" 6) Add a new entry, name "EYE_Spec", value "BIOG_HMM_HED_PROMorph.IllusiveMan.HMM_HED_PROIllusiveman_Eye_Spec" 7) Click OK. 8) Open Vector Parameters... 9) If there is an entry named "EYE_Iris_Colour_Vector", remove it. 10) If there is an entry named "EYE_Iris_Spec_Colour", remove it. 11) If there is an entry named "Emis_Color", remove it. 12) Add new entry, name "EYE_Iris_Colour_Vector": 13) Add new entry, name "Emis_color" <<<<<<------- note how color in this one is spelt using poor mans English!!! 14) Open Scalar Parameters 15) Add new entry, name "Emis_Scalar" set to 1
by default the eye part of custom female faces is invisible, i.e. Emis_Scalar is set to 0, set this to at least 1 and you will see the eye glow, if you only want the glow and not Illusive mans eyes just skip steps 5 and 6 for basic renegade eye glow.
when i was playing around with your save edit i put it on male shep og face and he had he had a face like a train hit it.. i imagine thats what the op did lol
Ok, I see, you added Emis_color vector parameter. I still don't understand how you figured out what parameters to add, but anyway... People really want these color options, and I just managed to give my Shepard eyes glowing blue. Now, is there a way to change glow color of the scars?
I have tried but have had no luck, I think it pulls on a texture that has RGBA attached, buuuuttt this is like my first ever ME mod and only my second mod ever so i am no expert
Hell yeah. I actually prefer the default red glow color, but this opens some cool possibilities for customizing your Shepard, and that's a beautiful thing. Thanks, Scareon.
Oh nice one scareon, can I download your file and nick your colouration bit and put it in my mod with credit? Can do an idea I had now (minus the scars changing colours)
Oh I see it's not done through the coalesced file but through face morph.. that's a shame then maybe i can't do what I had planned :( i will still take a look though
