OVERVIEW
In short these are mods: realistic sprinting, disabled mouse smoothing and acceleration, SpaceBar and Escape button skips dialogues without selecting response, enhanced interactable objects highlight distance, additional buttons (choose keys you want and you can quite easily change their function if you want )

REALESE UPDATES, version 1:50:
Mod now in DLC form. You don't need install everything now. I made everything as separate mods and you can configure additional keys. See below description for details. Also added new mod - Realistic Sprinting (for people what don't like unlimited sprint ).
One thing must have been discontinued in version 1.50 because DLC mods not load instantly when starting game so this change below cannot work:
  • when starting game it will boot faster (skipping unnecessary video file -if you have good computer this video only would show for more or less half second so it is totally pointless because it's hard to observe it with such short time but just making boot of game somewhat slower )

MODS DESCRIPTIONS:
-  disabled mouse smoothing and acceleration
-  spacebar not anymore selecting dialogue option (no more accidental clicking response ). added Escape hotkey to skip dialogues also without selecting response.
-  enhanced interactable objects highlight distance (10x further or 5x or 2,5x )
-  Realistic Sprinting - Shepard tiring when Sprinting (for people what want more realistic approach than infinite sprinting ). Multiple versions - so when installing this choose version what you prefer (if you don't like it, you can uninstall and then check another version if you want ).
-  additional buttons are in optional download section - you can install one or more as you wish. Also now you can change function for them just go to your location of game for example for me it looks like that:  C:\Program Files\EA Games\Mass Effect Legendary Edition\Game\ME3\Binaries   and find there name of key you installed and open it (just click on it 2 times with left mouse button - it is text file so notepad app will open it ) and then delete text what is inside and add new text then close and click yes to save change. Examples of commands what you can use:

Shot
it making screenshot (you will find it in C:\Users\<computer_name>\Documents\BioWare\Mass Effect Legendary Edition\ScreenShots )
ShowHUD  (hide/show HUD )
Show Scaleform   (hide/show HUD and other elements of interface and subtitles. This gives more than above command but have some drawback especially in LE1- if you ever go to menu when this command is enabled then you must close game manually by ctrl+alt+del, in LE2 if you go into terminal it will be blank but in this case you just need click this key again and interface will be back )
Show LensFlares   it enable/disable Lens Flares and selector (disabling selector can be useful for screenshots ). At default lens flares are enabled.
Teleport   you can teleport to any other location where you looking at (you must look at ground where you want teleport - so you can't teleport to locations above you where you don't see ground ). Possibly useful in situations where you stuck somewhere. Also useful if you want sightseeing some area where there is no access through normal playing.
ToggleFlyCam   it enable/disable view from flying camera (you can move camera in any direction through W,A,S,D and mouse look )
Show FOG   disable/enable environmental fog (at default fog is enabled )
Exit   (exit game instantly )
SetParagon 1000   (give you paragon points, you can replace 1000 with any other value what you want )
SetRenegade 1000   (give you renegade points, you can replace 1000 with any other value what you want )
AdjustCredits +10000   (give you credits, you can replace this number with any other value what you want. You can replace + with - if you want lose credits )
PlayersOnly   freeze/unfreeze game (debug ). This is not normal pause. What this does exactly is halts engine simulation.

Other useful mods what you may be interested in:
-Decals+Toggle walk+10x Time Speed Button (also T and B now can be binded in keyboard options to any function - in default game they are hardcoded to multiplayer functions - chat and voice chat but unfortunately Bioware resigned of recreating multiplayer in Legendary Edition so those keys was totally useless ).
-If you want separated buttons also download Omni-Key Separator (this mod allows bind any buttons from menu for Use, Sprint, Cover ) and install version for LE3 (and for LE2 and LE1 if you want but LE1 version is not compatible with my LE1 QoL but similar functionality is also in my mod ).
-If you want auto-cover turned off - install also LE3 Auto Cover Off
-LE3 Controller Disable Aim Assist (compatible with all mods ) - works also when using mouse+keyboard - useful if you experience aim assist (two other mods with bug fixes as side effect of one bug fix, enable unintentionally aim assist )

INSTALLATION (ME3Tweaks Mod Manager needed )
1. Download preferred files
2. Open ME3Tweaks Mod Manager
3. Drag downloaded file into Mod Manager
4. Apply or import the mod. If you import - click mod name on the list and then click Apply Mod at the bottom right of the window.

Mod working with actual saves so starting new game is not needed.

This mod works only with Mass Effect 3 Legendary Edition (LE3).

Work with saves so starting new game is not needed.

LE1 version is here: https://www.nexusmods.com/masseffectlegendaryedition/mods/1284 (compatible with all mods except those what change Coalesced file - in LE1 making such mod compatible with everything is not possible )
LE2 version is here: https://www.nexusmods.com/masseffectlegendaryedition/mods/1312 (compatible with all mods )

UNINSTALL:
In ME3Tweaks click Manage Target (first make sure that location for Mass Effect 3 Legendary Edition is selected ) and find particular mod what you want uninstall (it is in default opened bookmark: "Installed DLC Mods" ) - you can disable and delete particular mod.

Golden rule of Mass Effect modding:
-backup your Mass Effect game in ME3Tweaks (Backup & Restore -> Backup )
-install content mods first
-install textures mods after content mods
-if you have any texture mod already installed and you want install content mod - you must first restore game to default. To do that use ME3Tweaks (Backup & Restore -> Restore )
exceptions: Coalesced mods (those mods what modify or replace Coalesced ) can be installed anytime (before or after any content or textures mods ).
Also always check "installation" section in mod description because some mods must be installed before other mods. ALOT should be installed before other textures mods (ALOT is big package of textures so we want other mods overwrite ALOT and not otherwise ).

FAQ:
-Should "mouse dampening" in game menu should be on or off ?
-Mod turns off acceleration in config files but also it is best to turn dampening off in game menu (then mouse sensitivity level will be exactly the same like in LE2, for example if you have 30% sensitivity in LE3, in LE2 30% sensitivity will be exactly the same speed ).

-Is it possible to remove screen shaking when sprinting?
-Personally I am not bother with this in ME3 even I like it (but I hate it in ME2 ). For this and every other game are mods for it, for LE3 it is here: https://www.nexusmods.com/masseffectlegendaryedition/mods/310 (author: JadeBarker )

-Is it possible to add Crouching like in Mass Effect 2?
-Unfortunately for ME3 this rather isn't possible.
