Just a cool tattoo that Tommy Shelby has from the Peaky Blinders. This is intended as an Earthborn Shepard tattoo that he/she got while running with the tenth street reds but any background of Shepard can use it obviously. This is just my headcanon for my Shepard. There is now a version for FemShep with the tattoo on her back shoulder.
