Miranda outfit option no longer requires Casual Hubs and can be used in the prologue. However, Casual Hubs is still required for Miranda to wear the officer uniform on the Normandy.

Reformatted mod into 2 DLC mods. DLC_MOD_CUC_LE2 and DLC_MOD_AUC_LE2. Alliance Uniform Consistency is now no longer an optional module and will install by default.
Removed mod manager block that would prevent AUC installation if ESA was installed now that Anderson and Hackett Consistency Mod has been released. You MUST install that mod if you are using ESA. Without it, there will be bugs.
