Download the file, unzip/extract, and import it into Frosty Mod Manager. Then Apply the mod, and launch your game through frosty. Disable or remove the mod in the manager if you don't like it.

Can I let you know if there is a technical issue with your mods? Absolutely. Please do.
Do these conflict with other mods? These will overwrite any other Cora armor retextures, including ones from my other mods. You can only use one at a time.
Are there requirements? Besides Frosty Mod Manager, no. But if you want Sara to wear it and not just Cora, use Cora Armor Casual Replacer. If you want Sara to wear it and not Cora, I recommend giving Cora the Asari armor from Cora and Liam Overhaul on top of that.
