Changes the Cryo Beam power to be similar to the Cryo Blast from the original trilogy.

I recommend using my new mod Power Overhaul instead of this one!
Changes the duration of the Cryo Beam to 0.5 seconds (vanilla 3 seconds), making it similar to Cryo Blast from the original triology.
Increases the base damage to 300 (600 per second).
The blast freezes enemies instantly.
The Freeze Trap (rank 6 upgrade) now has a radius of 4.5m (up from 2.25m) so it will actually hit enemies.
There is also an alternative mod that only makes the blast freeze enemies instantly.
