Andromeda Firearms Rebalanced V1.4

Requirements:
As of version 1.4 the deluxe dlc for the pathfinder weapons is required! On the EA App this dlc is now free, if you got the game via another DRM/Store, stick to the previous version.
Version 1.4 was updated with Frosty 1.0.6.2

Other weapon balance mods mostly change the exeldataimport weapon tables, so those _should_ be fine - AFR's changes will take priority in that case. If they alter the weapons, then the other mod should be loaded over this to have its changes applied instead of the ones by AFR.
ATTENTION: This mod *REQUIRES* that the damage stat if provider for each weapon is intact in its vanilla state! If any other mod changes those, it will cause a crash when using projectile augments!

Changes / What this mod does:
Weapon damage increase from rank 1 to rank 10 is now +70% for all weapons. Was somewhere between 1.53 and 1.71 (depending on weapon) in Vanilla.
Fixed incorrectly applied weakpoint bonuses for most weapons. (Mostly non assault rifles using assault rifle bonus instead of type specific one when using disruptor ammo)

All weapons now receive a 25% + consumable effectiveness damage increase to armor, when using incendiary ammo.
Removed hipfire penalty for sniper rifles.
Increased alien weapon bonus against shields to 25%; Set the anti armor bonus for pellet firing guns to 0%, instead they gain an 10% anti shield bonus when not affected by the alienweapon bonus.
Increased the shotgun barrel-mod damage stats to match those of other weapon types.

RoF = rate of fire (as round per minute); Dmg = damage; Stats given in A-B state that this stat is scaling from A at rank 1 to B at rank 10
