Version 1.05
Adds Passive scaling for powers that was somehow missing. This is a pretty important update. Don't know how this got past me.
Version 1.04
Fixed an issue that caused a lot of skill values from being applied in game.
The difference is pretty big considering about 70 values were not applied to previous versions of Powers Balanced 1, so if you used this mod previously and did not notice a difference, you might want to try 1.04 and see if it's more to your liking.

Fixes a invalid reference issue caused by patch 1.09 that could cause your game to freeze entirely when using singularity, or pressing Alt + F2 to enable Ansel
