I want to download the last NON legendary version of your work.. (2.1.1.2). Could you provide links for those files cause the archive does not provide them.
Please guys. Torrent links are offline. Please update Quickly A Lot of Videos (ALOV) for ME3 - 3.0.0.0 (Third Party Mods) A Lot of Videos ALOV for ME3 - 3.0+ (Basegame + DLCs) The torrent link goes and comes, then stops!!!!!!!!!!!!! I still on 600MB from 16 GB
Sorry to say that, but the download section's zips with torrent files in them very much are downloadable, work, and torrents within them are being actively seeded. Could you elaborate on how exactly are they dead from your perspective?
Torrent links works. Although not many seeders so depending on your country you can have problem in connecting to one of them. You can try next day, maybe seeder with closer to your location will be available again and download will start.
Okay thanks. Can you explain to me what is a seeder? I always see this on u-torrent. Is the seeder a provider somewhere? I don't care about his location because without torrents we would have been riding horses today and not using a PC. Just for an info curiosity. Bye!
Seeder for a specific torrent is a torrent user that is seeding a specific torrent aka has that torrent already downloaded and allows the others in the torrent network to download the torrent's content from his computer. Basically, any torrent user that doesn't limit upload, or deletes the torrent after downloading it is a seeder.
We decided not to ship 60fps videos for OT ALOV because 4K 60fps puts too much strain on the Bink 1 codec and requires a very powerful CPU to handle it. If you want 60fps videos, you'll have to switch to Legendary Edition's ALOV which uses Bink 2.
We do have a Legendary Edition specific version of ALOV (https://www.nexusmods.com/masseffectlegendaryedition/mods/3), but this mod page is specifically for OT ME3.
Hi, first off, amazing mod, thank you for all your hard work. Though I seem to be running into a problem with the 4K Base Game version. When I download it via the mod manager and apply, and then look at the info in the "manage target" it just says 1080p version, not the 4K version like the DLC and Thrid party mods... (but it says 4K everywhere else). Which one has been downloaded?
So to make sure, you are using the ME3 Tweaks Mod Manager (that has been logged into your Nexus account) and in the downloads section of the mod's page you use the "MOD MANAGER DOWNLOAD" option on the "ALOV for ME3 - v2.1 (4K) - Basegame" file, correct? And after the download is complete and you Apply the package, inside of the "Manage Target" menu you are seeing the "ALOV for ME3 1080p - Core 2.1" instead of "ALOV for ME3 4K - Core 2.1", correct?
Also, does "When I download it via the mod manager" mean that when you use the "MANUAL DOWNLOAD" option on the download page you don't get this issue?
Did you have the 1080p installed beforehand by any chance? And could you provide the diagnostic link from the mod manager as well as a log link from the session when you were installing it?
I would also suggest that you try to contact us on the Mass Effect Modding discord, as it might be easier and faster to communicate details that way.
You are correct in all you've said, yes. With that, is there something I can do? :) I'll see if I can a diagnostic link from the mod manager after work! Thank you for your reply!
I will try to replicate the issue on my end. In the meantime the log from the session you downloaded/applied the mod would be helpful. Also, see if the package imported into the mod library (the left side of the main ME3 Tweaks Mod Manage window) lists the basegame alov package as "A Lot of Videos for ME3 (Basegame) - 4K" or maybe with 1080p at the end (same with its description).
Edit.: Well. I found out what that was caused by. Thankfully it was a small error in the naming of the packages and not a wrong file downloading. We will fix this with the upcoming 3.0 release. In the meantime, even tho it does say 1080p inside of the Manage Target menu, it is a 4K package, so you should encounter no issues with it in-game.
Just to update you, but I just tried the 3.0 beta, and its doing the same thing. So i'll just wait for the relase and take your advise. Even though it says 1080, its still 4K. :)
It's already available on the ALOT beta manifest. You can get the links to it if you switch to beta mode. Public release will be before the end of the month.
Do I still need to install the 1080p Opening Remastered, CEM, Lime Plasma Flow etc. before installing the 4K ALOV for 3rd Party Mods?
4K base and DLC will be installed by default of course. I just dont understand the 'upgrade' part because why not just install ALOV 4K right away if I dont use the 1080p version of the Opening Remastered.
No you only need to install 4K third party mods. There's some cases (such as EGM, TEB, ITEM etc) where we provided the 1080p videos to the mod authors and so if you're using the 1080p version you may not need to download it depending on which mods you're using. If you're using the 4K version, you'll always need the 4K third party package.

The server for it, which someone on our team runs, is currently under maintenance.

Any news regarding the 3.0 update? Is it coming to nexusmods by the end of Oct or we have to wait longer?
