Recommended after starting -> Make a back up of your original BIOG_HMF_ARM_CTH_R.pcc.(Located in C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Mass Effect 3\BIOGame\CookedPCConsole)

Install instructions:

1- Install FormalHeeledMetalMesh.mod via Mod Maker in ME3explorer, with .mod archive you don't need to upload PCConsoleTOC.bin manually, Mod Maker will do this automatically for you (more detailed steps in Readme.pdf)

2- Open Texmod and load FormalHeeledMetal.tpf every time you play (this is if you don't want to install the textures)

If you don't like Texmod and want permanent textures in your game use the TPF tools on ME3 Explorer to install textures (you need the last ME3 Explorer Version). Guide http://me3explorer.freeforums.org/using-the-tpf-tools-t937.html

* If Texmod doesn't load the texture correcly it's because the last Origin update so deactivate the Origin overlay will fix this, if you don't know how to deactivate this, go to google an type "Disable Origin overlay"

******To show this dress in Casino mission (Citadel DLC) put Coalesced.bin in your C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Mass Effect 3\BIOGame\CookedPCConsole
This Coalesced.bin doesn't have flycam or other options modded, if you want to change your own Coalesced.bin and use this dress in Casino mission simply download Me3Coalesced http://wenchy.net/me3-coalesced-utility/ ,
(Make a backup of your original Coalesced.bin first) Open your Coalesced.bin with this program go to Edit>Find and type casualappearance, on the last line in blank copy without spaces:
(Mesh=(Female="biog_hmf_arm_cth_r.CTHk.HMF_ARM_CTHk_MDL"),Id=100,PlotFlag=-1,Type=CustomizableType_Torso)
Save and done.********


Uninstall: Put the original BIOG_HMF_ARM_CTH_R.pcc and run the TOCbinupdater in ME3explorer.
* If you have permanent textures you will need revert your game to vanilla.
