That's really strange, I actually never noticed that, but now that you mention it that ALOT texture does look quite shitty XD. Thanks for the fix, I'll be adding this to my mod list once I get ME2 downloaded again ^^
To be fair its one of only a few textures that looks bad in ALOT over all three games. There are seams on the mars sky texture in ME3 which I will get around to fixing one day. You can also find some pure fixes in my McNasty Armour Textures mod for ME1 and some other Mass Effect stuff if you check my other mods.
