Would you consider adding additional functionality to the captains cabin in ME1? Such as occasionally finding crew members in there after a mission or a music setting (similar to ME3/ME2)? Right now the ME1 cabin doesnt give a reason to ever visit it :/
As I said, the DAI one is a mod I wouldn't use since I find it immersion breaking, but for Mass Effect? I really like this. It is totally possible that my Shepards would get these bed sheets on the Citadel.
Also, I think they really give some needed color to the cabin. I really wonder why no one before thought about retexturing the bed.
Lastly, one question. Does this affect other beds in the game? I'm ashamed to admit I can't remember if this bed is unique to Shepard or not.
I will definitely look into making a Apartment version as well as Cabin version for ME3.
I think the bed has been retextured before in the mods that retexture everything on the Normandy to be pink etc
That is actually a very good point. I'm not sure if it is unique to Shepard either. I'll do some digging to see if the texture is used elsewhere in the game.
Apparently it does affect other beds in the game, as I checked for this and the ME3 version and they are used elsewhere too. Doesn't look like too often but it does affect them. I wonder is there a way to just have it affect the cabin?
It would require PCC editing the cabin for those textures to be "unique". A simple texture rename should work; but I am not sure if that can be done with MEM too or if it will require a DLC mod.
