Hey man, I must say, the mod is great, but after beating the game I realised I forgot to do Legions loyalty mission and now every time I get to the exit of the geth station the game crashes. I tested a bit and it happens on every "orange" loading screen. Actually, I am not looking for a fix, rather than a way to uninstall the mod (as I am clueless in ME modding) so that I can complete the mission and move on to ME3, so could u please help?
If you didn't backup your files before installing this, your basically screwed. The only way to get the original files back is to delete and redownload the whole game.
I know this is probably too late but if you just delete the files that the mod replaces then go into Origin(not sure if steam will do this or try to download the whole game again) and right click your game and select repair. It should download and install those files only making it much quicker. I doubt it helps but may help for any other mods that you want to uninstall but forgot to backup.
So does this happen EVERY time? Should I download the mod? I don't want to get "screwed" like you did...I'm surprised more people have not complained about this
I'm looking for a way to uninstall this too, but I've redownloaded my whole game twice and it's still there. I can't seem to permanently get rid of it. Does anyone know what files you specifically need to delete?
I am really struggling with uninstalling this mod. I have ALOV installed and didn't realise until after that these mods are not compatible with each other. I've spent 4 hours trying to sort this out and really need some help. I've uninstalled/reinstalled the game and all DLC twice and this mod is still running in my game, despite me not reinstalling it after everything was reinstalled. I installed this mod through ME3TweaksModManager so all I can think is that it's been automatically reinstalled again.
Where/how do I uninstall this for good? Because I have no idea what files it's gone into.
Did Bioware patch the long loading screens out? Because I'm getting very short loading times on the Normandy, usually just around a second or so. No mods at all installed.
During the "Shadow Broker" DLC, the game crashed when I tried to get back on the Normandy from Liara's new office. Tried to replace all the mod's files with the original ones — didn't help. Borderless fullscreen doesn't work either. Except for that, everything (including DLCs) was perfect.
When I load this and try to start a new game, I'm getting a blank main menu after I select my ME1 import or select a new character. I'm using the Bink DLLs and it's a new install.
I'm having issues getting this to work. So I started with fresh install from Origin, and an empty C:\Users\****\Documents\BioWare\Mass Effect 2. The sterted up the game and loaded all the way to my latest save, and saved to a different file and logged out. All of this was done to get 100% stock files. (i also have a backup of the file's from before I first ran ME2)
So I unpacked the file in my ME2 folder, overwriting everything. When I go to load up the game I get this error:
The following downloadable content is corrupt and cannot be used. Please re-download this downloadable content and try again.
What am I missing guys? I't's got to be something simple I've just overlooked.
PS. Game is installed on a 2nd SSD, and the backup is located on a HDD. 0 games ever installed on the system SSD. So the backup files shouldn't be interfering.
Edit: Forgot to use the patched Binkw32.dll and Binkw23.dll. Problem fixed
Whenever I try to start a new game with these new DLLs, a get an empty main menu background screen and can't do anything, except tab out and close the game from Windows. Any ideas? Otherwise without them I get the DLC errors which I'm not entirely sure what they mean either...
Replacing the DLLs fixed the "DLC content corrupt" messaging for me. This is the only mod I've got installed, so if it doesn't work for you it could be a problem elsewhere. I'll update this again if I start seeing crashes or any problems down the road.

You take those 2 dll files and drop them in your ME2 Binaries folder. That fixed the problem for me.
