Changed SFXGame-file so you can use powers individually and don' have to spend an eternity mining planets

This mod is ONLY for those with vanilla controls (no ME2 controller mod). If you want it to work with that you can just do what I did:
Basically I just used the (vanilla) SFXGame-file from Dybukk's No Minigames and edited one line so the Shared Power Cooldown gets removed.
I just wanted to save you some time if you want to use both mods.
Original credit goes to Dybukk who uploaded his awesome mod for all who want to replaqy the game without grinding the planets and DropTheSquid who explained how to edit the SFXGame-file.
