Would like this as well. Can someone set this up? Not skilled enough myself.
EDIT - shame on me for not just trying it. This was surprisingly simple. Download and install this mod first to let it edit SFXgame.pcc, then open up me3tweaks (you should be using this anyway) download ME3 Explorer, open up Package Editor, open your SFXgame.pcc located in Biogame/CookedPC and search for default__sfxPower. There are a few similar entries so press search a few times till you get there. After this it's as simple as changing usesharedcooldown from true to false. Save the file and start up the game. This way you only have to worry about doing the one thing since you can already download this mod that includes the two other modification you requested (vignette being actually complicated I think?). Simple. I think I might have done this a few years ago but when it comes to modding my knowledge is always fleeting lol

Thanks, I found the line ("usesharedcooldown" can be found in the window on the right, while you're inspecting the lines of the file with the package editor). Unfortunately I can't try if it works for me, since at the moment I've no time to try the game and I'm not in the mood to start a new game and the only save I have it's in a post-game save where I've done everything...so unless there's a way to shoot/start combat in an unknown to me way when you have 100% completed the game (even through console commands), I can't try...

A Lot of Video for ME2 1.1 Patch

    Modern Weapon Pack
    In Mini Games
    Recovered Powers
    Vignette Remover
    Crushed Blacks Fix
    Massively Effective Color Palette
Remove Shared Cooldowns patch for No MiniGames
    Remove Shared Cooldowns
    Brazilian Translate from Gamer Tribe.
What do you think it can be?

I'm sure you did everything right, I installed ALOT last.

Does this work before you install ALOT? If so I would test after every installation to ensure things are working. If you install the controller version of this mod for example, it will not work.

so I really want to use all of them, I have a doubt about the language, I use the game in the English version with a Portuguese translation, on the NoMiniGames website he says that the mod does not support languages ??other than English, but my game is in English only with a translation on top, do you think that could be it? I didn’t test it without ALOT because I wanted it so badly but I think I’ll have to test one MOD at a time ... my coalesced.ini file is also changed, do you think it can affect anything?

Does this also remove the annoying screen effects during low health? Is there any mod like that?

This doesn't remove those effects. If I recall there was a texture mod to reduce that effect, but I can't recall where. I do agree those are very annoying.

Are you using Build 104? Old versions of the manager are not supported.

This is with latest version (March 29) of M3

Yes. I don't have other versions of the game so I don't have access to those files. If you have Startup_XXX from your langauge, send me it and I'll add it to this mod. The controller one has _XXX files cause the controller version already had those files.

The mod has been updated to have more languages now. I think the only missing one is RUS, but I'm not sure if ME2 had a RUS version.

    Hi!

I would like to get his mod work on the French version of the game, so I uploaded the Startup_FRA.pcc

    https://uptobox.com/m9x7m12sitf7

If you (or someone nice enough) can do the mod for the French community, it would be awesome, I hate these dark corners: /

    Anyway, thx for the worlk!

Mod has minor (or may be not minor) issue with flashbang grenade. When it blows you can't see anything. like this: https://youtu.be/oHWsyWk0X7I?t=51
It makes game harder and adds more challenge but sometimes it's really annoying.
Plus it affects colors in game.

Interesting, there must be some sort of post processing effect on flashbangs that is missing. I guess that's kind of the point of a flashbang though. I'll look into it when I have some time (not much with all these projects I have going).

      Has this been fixed up?
I am also noticing it affects FOV, DOF, and several shader type mods (ENB, SweetFX, ReShade)

This file will have no affect on FOV. All I do is disable post processing for the vignette.

Being honest I have not dedicated any time to this as I don't work with ME2 and don't really plan to anytime soon, sorry. I am busy working on tools for other devs.

This mod (I'm using the NoMiniGames and ME2Controller version) is also compatible with Remove Shared Cooldown by Forkinator (I'm using the one under Optional Files that says it is compatible with ALOT (SFXGame.pcc-147-1-00)). How awesome is that? Just install this one last and allow the 6 Startup_XXX.pcc files to overwrite the ones in the BioGame\CookedPC folder.

My install order to get increase save game slots (999), no shared cooldowns, no mini games (including planet resource collecting), controller and no vignette: ALOT (Yes, install that first. I really don't know why everyone else says to install it last. Seems to work just fine for me. I'm using the 2017 version.) then Remove Shared Cooldown with Controller, No Mini Games and ALOT compatibility (SFXGame.pcc-147-1-00) then this one using the files in the NoMiniGames-ME2Controller folder.

Do not use anything from forkinator that says it is compatible with a lot, as its not as he abandoned it. If you look at the comments section, I specifically tell him not to do this, yet he did it anyways.

You NEVER install a lot first if you are using other mods. Ever. You WILL break the game in various parts. You will also get no support from the devs (which includes me).

I have not had any problems so far. Everything is still working great. Even after I upgraded to ALOT 2018. I had to remove shared cooldowns to do so but I was able to put it back and it works just fine. So does this one. I still have no idea why everyone says to install ALOT last. I cannot seem to find a detailed explanation other than it will break the game. Which is not very helpful. Would be nice to know exactly what will break and where. As far as I can see, the order does not seem to matter. Maybe I've just been very lucky so far. Thanks for the reply though. :)

Due to how textures are replaced, almost every single file in the game is updated to use new pointers in the texture archive files. By replacing them after a lot you are now having textures point to the wrong offsets in this file, which will be black textures or crash the game. It is probably the #1 issue users have.
