I never use Blood Dragon — more of a Terminus guy — but I have to say, this looks great. The torso especially. There's just unused HD textures lying around in the game files? Wonder why they've never done something ala Skyrim's optional HR texture pack.
Some, not a whole lot I'm afraid. And it's a stupendous task to mix and match, naming and hashes vary across the three games. Thousands of textures, small modding community. I'm looking into pulling my retextures across games where the wraps match enough.
Yeah an official HR pack would have been great. Luckily with the switch to Frostbite this will likely no longer be a problem.
Can I ask what do you mean by PROMO texture ? Is it something like ad or commercial ? I only seen gamespot pre-order posters.Is it something like that ?

If you read the description, you'll understand why it's at 2k. For a 4k version, I'd have to re-texture the whole thing by hand and that takes more time than I'm willing to commit to this particular armor. Aside from that, I personally feel I wouldn't necessarily do a 'better' job at 4k than the Bioware originals at 2k.
There are plenty other things that come at much smaller base sizes and would benefit much more from a 4k re-texture than this one would. So while I could, I personally won't. Sorry.
