About this mod
Make Shepard move faster (a lot faster) when "walking" around the Normandy, the Citadel, elevators, riding in the MAKO and cinematics.

This is a do it yourself "mod". You just copy and paste a line in a file. The key bindings in Mass Effect 1 are very different from the other two games. One reason why I did not include a file to download. I'm guessing most people probably have different key bindings.
This command came from Mass Effect wiki by fandom and was NOT copied from another mod if one exists. Lots of useful info for all three games on that site.
I recommend using Notepad++ for file editing, makes editing easier.
Find the file BIOInput.ini, usually found in the \Documents\BioWare\Mass Effect\Config. There another BIOInput.ini in the Mass Effect game folder, do not edit that file.
First, backup the file, in case something happens.
Search for BIOC_Base.BioPlayerInput. Once found copy and paste this line:
Bindings=(Name="MiddleMouseButton",InputMode=BIO_INPUT_MODE_NONE,Command="Repeat MoveForwardBackFixed 1 | SloMo 10 | OnRelease SloMo 1",Control=False,Shift=False,Alt=False)
Then save.
To use, just click and hold the middle mouse button and you move forward very fast. Release to stop. Now you can move around the Citadel and Normandy super fast. Works while in MAKO on planets and in elevators and speeds up some cut scenes. Squad mates can't move as fast, but they will not get lost. If you are using the faster elevator mod and want to hear the squad mate conversation, wait until they finish talking, then click and hold the button until the elevator stops.
You can use other keys or mouse buttons. If you feel Shepard is moving too fast, use a lower number for SloMo 10. Want faster, increase the number.
I have not found any issues with other mods.
If you to want to walk through lock doors and walls, copy and paste this line:
Bindings=(Name="LeftAlt",Command="ghost | OnRelease walk")
To use, press and hold the left Alt key and then press the move forward key.
CAREFUL, if nothing is there, you fall off the map and die.
