Not sure if I'm just not seeing it, but I don't think I see my multiplier or cap hero stats mods in those lists. I do see see you have the level 25 hunter and heroes file from my NG+ mod, though. Those edit the same files as the multiplier mod does, so you have a mod conflict. Bad Mods Be Gone is also not compatible with Luiz's Equalize mod.
I still can't say why only Hunter is affected, though. Even if there's a mod conflict, it should affect everyone, so I'm not really sure what's going on.
Sorry I removed CAP MOD, and removed "Multipliers for default hero" temporary, so I can use your NG+ mod And yes I removed equalize, but when I used your Lvl 25 heroes and hunter file in NG+ mod without both MODs mentioned above under NG+, the hunter still not affected(still lvl 1 with original status), but the other heroes are fine, that's wired...
Ah, I think I get it now. Did you install the level 25 mod after you had started your game already? That one will only work on Hunter when it’s installed before starting a new game, and the other heroes are affected since you had the mod installed before they joined the roster.
Oh cause I installed it before NG+, but you're right, I didn't install "Lvl 25 heroes and hunter file" during the normal game. So you are saying that NG+ is based on my previous save, so it cannot work?
As far as I know, the NG+ mod will work for any NG+ save by making all story missions level 40. You'll also need to have the level 25 mod installed with it because otherwise you'll be level 1 against level 40 enemies. I separated the two files because the level 25 mod conflicts with other mods that change hero stats, so I wanted people to give people the choice to swap out of them if they want to.
If you only had the NG+ mod when you started your game but not the level 25 mod, then Hunter would have been level 1. Been a while, but if I remember right, you get to choose which file to start a NG+ off of, considering you've finished the main mission. Take these with a grain of salt, though. It's been a while since I've played the game.
Yes I have the NG+ and 25 lvl mod installed, and start NG+ but my hunter still no changed, and I have already removed "CAP" and "multiplier" mod before start NG+. I think now this is my issue, lol.
Are you starting an entirely new run and not just loading an existing save? Do you still have Enhanced Character Statistics installed? Pretty sure that one also edits hero stats.
I'll put it on my to-do list :) Not sure when I'll get to it, though. I'll probably have to make some changes to my New Plus Overhaul mod because of the latest patch, so that'd be the priority when I find the time.
Curious I'm wondering is there a way to keep the gains after a uninstall? I want to install the mod get the stats and then uninstall and use the threat room to level further if I want to. So that way my levels are perminate in the event of a update later down the road
I'm actually planning to change this mod that makes what you want possible :) I'm probably going to wait for Storm to come out before I update it, though, since I'll need to mod her, too. I'll see. I may get impatient and just do it anyway, haha.
I usually use Flavor 3 when I'm not testing mods, but I haven't tried any of those difficulty mods you've listed so I'm afraid I'm not sure how it'll do. And also, if you're okay waiting for a day or two, I plan to update this mod so that people can mix and match the health and offense cap they want :) Just waiting on Storm since I'll have to edit her files as well.

I would request, could you share how to make champion levels not give HP/Offense? Is that change possible using a mod, so champion levels simply do nothing but experience is earned as normal? Or is there a way to prevent champion levels from happening at all (level 25, card plays generate zero experience afterwards?)
I don't think the upgrade mechanism of this game has any significance. When heroes upgrade, enemies will also follow the dynamic upgrade, which is not as good as completely disabling the level mechanism. Can you create a mod that prohibits upgrades?
I'm not sure what you mean by upgrade mechanism. If you mean you want to stop enemy levels from scaling with yours, then using Flavors 3-5 should address the issue because you'd have the equivalent of 200-400 champion levels worth of health and offense while theirs stay the same.
I'm afraid I still don't know what you're asking. Did you want enemies to stay level 1 while heroes kept leveling to 25+?
If what you meant is no champion level gain instead of just disabling them, that's possible, yes. It's actually how this mod started out, and I'm using a version of it in my current playthrough, but I'm probably not posting it until the last DLC comes out because it'd be one more mod to maintain.
Thank u for ur great mods for the game so far! (i actually started to use Charlie now because she finally isnt completely terrible anymore lol) Out of curiosity. I have two questions: First will this mod work with the future dlc characters? (modders obviously sometimes move on from games which is totally fine ofc, but its always sad to see mods eventually "break") And second: if the mod should break or I should decide I don't want to use it anymore will the championlevels level up normally again? Or does the mod completely break the function?
If the next two DLC characters have similar files as the current two DLC characters, then, yes, I should be able to update this mod and have it apply for them as well. I have the season pass, so I'm definitely planning to play the game until the last DLC character comes out. I like seeing the HP and Offense having pretty numbers, haha.
This mod is safe to uninstall :) To be sure, I quickly went into the game with the mod uninstalled and I played a mission. My stats had reverted back to default and then I was able to gain HP and Offense from the two champion levels I got during the mission. I have 300+ hours into the game and multiple playtrus and it started to get a bit boring and annoying having to grind out things again and again and again.

I'm considering to try one of this mods. Which one do you think is the most balanced?
Almost all my teammates have all their max second stats. My Hunter is around 250. Some of my weakest teammates are around 100. And it's quite easy to finish all missions in 2 turns though I've installed:
