1. Copy and replace files to your Mafia 2 game directory
2. !!!IMPORTANT!!! Run Mafia2MaterialsMerger.exe as admin from <Mafia2GameDirectory>/edit/materials
3. Play!

Mafia 2 Materials Merger doesn't work for you? Download archive from link below and unpack it to your game directory (allow to replace files):
