Manually settings your game to have the best quality while reducing the performances cost. And disables unnecessary effects for every map in battle (Noteably Yesod).

Note: You may not notice any performances differences in battle if you already run the game just fine (Thank you Miss Ace for testing this).
How to install: Place the zip/rar folder inside (gamedata)/LibraryOfRuina_Data/BaseMods
How to use: Play the game, most noteably in background that has effects
Manually settings your game to have the best quality while reducing the performances cost. Sets the target framerates to be 60 (Can be changed), Also disables unnecessary effects for every map in battle (Noteably Yesod).
This will make Texture Quality settings broken in-game Options as it changes each settings indivudually rather than the settings set by PM.
If you wish to change these settings on your own. I suggest you to use Dlls editor such as DnSpy or ILSpy and only changes what necessary (Such as QualitySettings). And if there is a map that is still lagging for you, please leave a note and I may look into it if I saw your comment.
