Any QoL updates for this please? Stacking of lockpicks, gems, mushrooms, etc. Showing bushes on map. Learning a spell possible only with a scroll, scroll then is consumed, etc... And longer water breathing! - or at least some meter so i know when it's gonna expire.
Just no brutal game-rule changes, like in the sequels (Guardians, especially Final adventure).
This mod is best of the 3 IMO, because is still like vanilla, just missing those few QoL.
I continued working on remaking the mod and added a few more features:
- To remember a spell, you need to take the desired scroll in your hands. If you want to return the scroll back, you should type the spell with a gem. - The underwater breathing spell now works correctly and depends on the level of the magician (as does mass shield). - Starvation kills equally and if you have little health you will die first. - Now you can see the names of items in Halls of the Locks. - The food you can find in the game is usually not of the best quality, but good one is always available for sale. - Healing crystals now take a very long time to charge, but you can speed up the town one using gems. - It is now more difficult to get the light spell (force field is easier), torch creator has appeared, and the ammo one has closed. - Now all races have a favorite food. - Alchemy now works according to recipes.

Excellent mod, well worth downloading, possibly the best I have played (prefer it to Guardians I think because the difficulty curve is a little better). Aside from one or two level design qualms, this is as good as the original campaign, with plenty of new ideas to make it fresh. Play it.
