No 5oclock shadow No Highlights Face update.

Recolour of the PC spritesheet that removes male 5 oclock shadows & all highlight colour from between eyes (all gender/age), and other locations (like some fist's on children) since I just blanket wiped it out of existance, editing this base still allows customisation colours to apply correctly. But it doesn't update portraits....
