A tad too dark, in my opinion. If there were a version that was an in between of the before/after images, I'd say that would be spot on. As it is now, your dark values are pushed too far and creating the same problem you tried to fix, but in the opposite direction. In this case though, you're also losing a lot of details that are found in the originals because the values are pushed too low and end up crushed (especially obvious on the Org coats, and the Vanitas/Dark Riku outfits). I'd also say that most of the skin tones are a bit too saturated as well, making everyone look like they have sunburn (ol' Hercules is lookin extra crispy, and Donald's beak is deep fried).
As said before, a version that's a nice middle ground between the original and what you have in the images would be perfect. Extra contrast, but without sacrificing detail.
I was going to use the "Limit Cut Twilight Xemnas" Mod and the "Reduce or Remove Xion Hood Shadow" Mod (So that his face wasn't as shadowed as when he first appeared in 358). But I assumed it was incompatible :P
:( Although I had to uninstall your mod because Riku has a problem, as GVoltX said, his skin is different from the sternum down, his arms and legs look like they have oil or plastic lol. It seems they are not affected by the environment. It is very noticeable the first time he appears with Mickey in the Realm of Darkness.
I think your Mod is super cool, it's about fidelity and continuity, but the game has several videos that are pre-rendered and the contrast of scenes is noticeable :'(
I think there's an issue with Riku, are his arms supposed to be a different color than his face? It also looks like some of the skin on the torso doesn't match up color-wise either, creating a weird neck-seam.
Okay, the issues I have noticed so far is that some parts of Xion's hair from the front sometimes get discolored as her skin color in cutscenes when using her colored corrected hair and her hooded black coat doesn't have reflections. And for KH3 Sora's outfit, the red in his outfit looks inconsistent with the pre-rendered one. What do you think of making his red a darker shade like these pre-rendered/CGI scenes?:
Hair fix is being looked into, not sure what you mean by reflections for her hood. The red on Sora was chosen due to the darker red coming out dull in color, tried a bunch of different shades but they were all washed out so opted for the more vibrant option.
Xion's hair issue cannot be fixed at this time. What's happening is that her hair strands are separating, showing her forehead behind her bangs. Upon viewing some cutscenes, it seems this was already an issue in the main game. It's just more apparent now with the black hair.
Hmm, looks like we have to deal with it for now, but she does look really amazing with that black hair. Also, do you think its's possible for you to copy the red from Sora's Quadratum outfit to his default one? Since the red on that outfit seems more accurate to CGI Sora.
This is what I noticed about the sun not reflecting on Xion's hood: https://staticdelivery.nexusmods.com/mods/3729/images/1183/1183-1648433478-1268933714.png
I have got a few suggestions about some ideas for your mod such as, what do you think of giving Xemnas a lighter skin tone that he used to have in KH2, DDD if it's possible and Larxene more of a natural blond hair and eyebrows like Luxord or like this artwork of her? https://i.pinimg.com/564x/4d/58/bf/4d58bfc84e18bb1476b157555cb0ceb8.jpg
When it comes to Xemnas, I wanted to keep him consistent to Ansem SoD. For Larxene, her hair in that artwork doesn't match prior entries in the series, plus the way it is now matches the lightning theme better in my opinion.

Does this also affect data bosses and Hooded Xion's dark gradient effect?
