Looking at the screenshots, I recommend changing how much energy bread gives. Carbohydrates give you energy in real life. They set it up the way they did because of how the body works. Protein will consume more energy to process, whereas, carbs give you energy. And it doesn't really matter what you are doing, let's say you are doing a lot of problem-solving, your brain will consume all the glucose and potentially cause you to experience hypoglycemia. Your body converts all carbohydrates into glucose, which feeds your brain and gives you energy. So if you are doing a lot of problem-solving or physical activity and experience light-headedness followed by nausea, you might be experiencing hypoglycemia, and something with carbs, like bread, will help with those symptoms. Could also consume something with sugar, if you really want the effects to go away quickly, though I wouldn't recommend it. Anyway, the devs set the energy levels correctly from the start, I'd recommend adjusting your stats a bit. :)
Works for me after some adjustments. -Create a new folder in your Mods folder, rename it eg. "Sensible Food Tweaks" -Put the pak. file inside the "Sensible Food Tweaks" folder -Copy "mod.manifest" file (from some other mod you have installed) into the "Sensible Food Tweaks" folder -Edit "mod.manifest" file-change <name> and <description> -idk if it's important, but it's safer to change it; for me it looks like this: <?xml version="2.0" encoding="utf-8"?> <kcd_mod> <info> <name>Sensible Food Tweaks and Prices Mod</name> <description>KCD Sensible Food Mod.</description> <author>AJStoner</author> <version>2.0</version> <created_on>8 July 2019</created_on> </info> </kcd_mod>
For future updates, and if mod tools come out, I plan to add 'effects' onto food that can provide more than just the benefits listed on it's stats, until then, stay tuned!

Would be nice if someone would updated this and add the changes to smoked and dried foods (not present in this mod)
