This version uses a perk under your main level called True Shot as such, it does not affect NPCs

If you create a new normal game, it gets applied automatically, if you have an existing game or hc new game, you need to simply learn the perk.

This version splits sway reduction to 2 perks for a bit later in the game, one in str(10) one in agi(8).
Each of those two perks gets rid of 50% of your existing bow sway, so once you unlock both you will have no sway at all
