My sleep is just horrible... It takes me forever to regen my sleep. I get like 1 value of sleep per hour, so even sleeping 12 hours is not enough. Not only that, I slept for like 11 hours... then after 11-12 hours, I tried to sleep, and could only sleep for 3-4 hours. Now I'm stuck in a state when I'm too tided, and sleeping is near useless. I opened the files but I can't find where you have lowered the sleeping values, can you help me?
I am using the insomnia negative perk, but I don't think it should change my sleep behavior

I am going to do a First playthough with this mod on hardcore with all the negative perks on. o.o I've played like 10 hours, and can see the game will be too easy so POG.

I also shared this on the reddit page of KCD to hopefully get more people to see it, since there is a void of mods that do this sort of thing. So Hopefully we can get this to have more downloads :3 Thanks for working on this

Hi VVL99, thank you for your work! I would like to ask whether it is possible to create a compatibility patch for Barding (new items) - PTF Edition (https://www.nexusmods.com/kingdomcomedeliverance/mods/1005?tab=description) ? Both mods modify:
    armor.xml ;
    pickable_item.xml.

Hey @VVL99, I love this mod, thank you for making it!
I have some suggestions to perhaps make this mod even better.

    0. Money is too easy to get! You can get the best armor in no time and be super strong. Maybe increase repair price? Reduce Sellprice?
    1. Make bows weaker, especially against enemies with heavy armor. Make it so you can hit weak spots fx, helmet opening.
    2. make Ai MUCH harder to kill but much less likely to use master strike and perfect block. I learn all these combos that I can never use cause they get interrupted 99% of the time? WHYY?
    3. Make Polearm weapons equip-able and able to put into your inventory (In addition the Polearm takes up the bow slot so that you may have a sword and polearm equipped but not a bow and polearm)
    4. Make 'Queen of Sheba's sword' not useless
    5. Make it a little easier to hit combos, but make it so you have to use combos to defeat enemies, so it promotes their use. Combos are fun! Why does the game make them useless?
    6. Make food and rest neccesary! Also make food cauldrons do nothing. Free food just sitting there? Then why should i buy food? Makes no sense.
    7. Make it so you have to use alchemy potions and bandages more often, especially if you're outnumbered or enemy is much stronger.
    8. Make horses ridiculously expensive, price range is from 250 groschen up to 50 thousand groschens. I like that I can hoard loot BUT towards late game, I need to carry more stuff with me, potions, repair kits, food and things to help me kill very strong enemies. The more expensive horses could maybe carry more loot?
    9. Make the horse trade-in system so that you only lose 10% of your old horse. Then you can progressively get better and better horse, instead of skipping to the best horse 3 hours into the game. So many horses and I only get to be happy about an upgrade 1 time? Thats no fun.
    10. Make money weigh something. If you hoard gold, it should weigh you down a lot. Maybe 1 weight for 1000 groschen?

That's all I can think of for now, maybe let me know what you think and we can discuss it? Keep up the good work! :D

It seems to me that such mods already exist, this is a rebalance, look from the list of mods.
And It seems to me you play on an easy level of difficulty.

I don't play on easy I play this mod + Hardcore and i beat the game. You can cheese it easy by getting tons of gold early, get all the best armor, shoot everything with bow from horseback, game won. It is too easy. I think these changes would make the game much harder except the combo thing, but that is to encourage footfighting instead of bows + horses. I dont need autocombo, i need a fun challenge, and the other mods are too easy. You are the modder with the hardest mod, but i want it harder. Therefore my suggestions.

      0. How do you get the money?
      1. The bow is almost never used in the game, maybe you just like it more than the rest.
      2. Already done.
      3. https://www.nexusmods.com/kingdomcomedeliverance/mods/404
      4. Unfortunately, the game has a lot of weapons, but as a rule everyone uses only one, the rest are simply not needed at all. Such mods already exist.
      5. This will only make the game easier.
      6. At a difficult level, eating from boilers is not profitable, it removes energy and gives little satiety.
      7. Already done, the effect of treatment is reduced.
      8. Prices for horses are increased, but not much.
      9. Maybe.
      10. Now, pennies have real weight.

I agree with the above points.
Let me try to offer my second opinion on some:

      0. Players mainly get money by looting. Either stealing from chests, or more simply from bodies. You can just go to Skalitz, wait for the fight to end, loot the bodies, and make thousands right there. This can be fixed by either preventing looting, or severely nerfing sell prices. Poaching is also a great source of money, so perhaps the sell price there should be nerfed as well.
      1. The bow is used extensively, as it is a very powerful weapon. (Especially on horseback.)
      2. ok
      3. ok
      4. ok
      5. I can see this one going either way... not sure, needs more testing.
      6. Perhaps the solution is to make food more expensive? Or spoil faster?
      7. - 10. It looks like you're already looking at, thanks.

Really, it all boils down to money and looting. If you can cut theft, poaching, and looting as income sources, you've come a long way to make the game much harder.

Rather, it will work the same in any mode, but it is designed to enhance the hardcore passage.

Why is burning arrows in this mod? It doesn't fit with what you are trying to accomplish? If you are trying to change the game in to a more challenging and difficult version why is it here?

I agree. It is completely incomprehensible why make burning arrows? To do this, you need to make a separate mod, but here it does not look appropriate

Burning arrows is only a visual effect, but the mod changes the physics of arrows; speed, range, weight, and changes the track when flying arrows. In general, this does not greatly affect, but gives variety.
If this interferes, simply delete the files associated with the arrows.
