No longer changes vanilla researches. This allows this mod to be more compatible with other mods. This also makes Reverse Engineering to be optional.
All weapons and armour researches should take 24 in-game hours to research before modifiers.
All weapons/armour theories should take 12 in-game hours to research before modifiers.
Now with ranged weapons (and ammo)! Now with armours!
