That's the Whistler. I know people want to see what the model looks like before downloading a mod that adds in a new race, but what remnants were left in the game files she's more of an enigma or a myth than a well known entity so I'm torn between just throwing a screenshot of her up as the first thing you see and keeping with the little amount of lore she had left.
