Some banters didn't make sense considering the characters that was specific to them were removed, so those banters are disabled now.
Skeletons should stop saying confusing things to your adventurers in Black Desert City if you aren't carrying someone of noteworthy.
Big Bo lost the Tough Merc tag. It wasn't chilled of her to call her former boss a terrorist.

- NPC:
Npc weren't supposed to leave your faction unless certain requirements are met. Some are adjusted to make it easier for them to stay. The following are such examples:
Bo will leave if you are enemies with the Anti-Slavers OR you are ally with the UC/ not allied with Anti-Slavers. (These are two separate flags as ally with UC/ not allied with Anti-slavers count as one.)
The Flotsam girls (Dignia, Knife, Pia, and Reva) can leave if you're enemies with the Flotsam Ninjas OR you're allied with Holy Nation/ not allied with Flotsam.
Sheks from the Shek Kingdom will leave if you allied with Holy Nation/ not allied with Shek Kingdom.
Rane the Giant leaves if you're enemies with the Shek Kingdom/ Esata is dead.
Seto leaves if you're enemies with the Shek Kingdom/ Holy Lord Phoenix (Blessed be his name) is okay OR allied with the Holy Nation/ Esata is dead.
Burn leaves if you're enemies with the Tech Hunter.
Crow Face leaves if you're enemies with the Shinobi Thieves. (Does not exist in Purist)
Hex leaves if you're allies with UC/ Tengu is alive.
Hamut leaves if you're allied with the Slave Traders.
Miu leaves if you're allied with the Slave Traders.
Fleur leaves if you're allied with the Holy Nation/ Phoenix is okay OR allied with Flotsam/ Moll is okay. (Does not exist in Purist)
You can earned a condition known as Seto's Respect which will enabled her to stay despite your crimes mention earlier. You earn her respect by recruiting her or through biome banters (ex: death of important figures such as Phoenix or Tinfist or through her banters. This is not guarantee though.)
Furthermore, Lite Edition has been removed for the foreseeable future.

Added Black Desert Skeleton residents dialogue. They will know say some interesting things if you carried a famous (or infamous) figure into their town. Some will outright refuse service if you bring a certain dicator on your shoulder.
Added more dialogue for Bard. He'll sing and prance (okay, maybe not prance), and what-not. Basically, more bard-like dialogues during combat.
Added more dialogue for Gaspard. Because we need more shek warrior-poet dialogues from the big softie(?).
NPC:
Added Maho-Gany Traders in the world. They're a travelling caravan of sorts, peddling weapons, essential survival items, and drugs.
Remove the ability for roaming Maho-Gany squads to obtain a deed to an empty building. Now, they will sleep in the inn instead of in their empty building.
Change the stats of Maho-Gany Arablest. (Buffing their aim and dex)
Change the following faction worth of each members. Now you can kill more of them before they start to feel personal about it.
Maho-Gany Recruit 1.0 -> 0.5
Maho-Gany Arablest 1.0 -> 0.5
Maho-Gany Blackguard 1.0 -> 0.5
Maho-Gany Heavy 1.0 -> 0.5
Captains and traders are worth 1.0. Their commanding officer, Egil (wanted by the Holy Nation), is worth 10.
Removed roaming Maho-Gany squads from Waystations.
In ever the case, Maho-Gany are so stubborn on acquiring real estate, made it so you can buy the buildings from them.
Roaming Maho-Gany Merchants will have funds to buy your junk. One's man junk is another's treasures as they say.

Added Gaspard, a new tenant of Tengu's Vault. A noble-spirited shek warrior, betrayed by his own, left to rot in a cage like an animal. Would you be the person to free him of his unjustly confinement?
Added Mercenary Pacifier, who can be found in bars such as World's End. Got beef with mercs, cannibal hunters, tech hunters? Talk to the guy and he'll solve that problem... with a bit of hard, cold cats.
Valamon, Dagon, and Serana are now recruitable provided you aren't allied with the reavers in the first place. Just stick them in the cages and let them starve a bit, yaknow?
Location
Added a new outpost for the the player to raid and pillage. To the northwest, off the coast of The Iron Trail, lies an island, where few dare to travel. Rumor has it, tech hunters vanished around the coast, and even the cannibals dare not trend near the waters. Importing is required.

Added Old Cid's CPU. Cid now has his own unique cpu, which if taken, will likely put him in an eternal sleep state, but hey its worth alot of money! (At the cost of losing that 1% meitou weapon spawn rate in his shop though, but then again, the spawn rate is a myth in the first place.)
Old Cid has a 15% to spawn with Meitou Spiked Club now.
Cid's Pant, while unintentionally NOT meant to not be the best stealth pant in the mod due to miscalucating, will keep its 10x stealth stat multiplier in exchange for -30 in atk/def bonus.
Grammar fix and better flow of dialogue for certain custom wanted posters and books. (Wanted:Serana, Legends of Luquin III, etc.)

Character:
The legendary Bugmaster has his own unique dialogue package now! When he speaks, no one, but the enlighten ones, will understand him.
Valamon, self-proclaimed king of Reavers, now has his own unique player dialogue! You still need Recruitable Prisoners mod to get him though.
Razor, the wanted criminial residing in Black Desert City is now recruitable provided you are an enemy to the United Cities and killed at least one noble. He joins for free.
Made Yamdu unique status. If ever the case Yamdu bites the dust, a replacement can spawn called Longen's Aide with the same function as Yamdu.
Added Dagon to Ark (Reaver, 10k bounty to UC)

You can now be allies with the Reaver if you weren't before and have recruited Valamon. Talk to Valamon's right hand man, Dagon to secure an allianceship between the Reaver and your faction! (This makes ONLY the crab raiders, skin bandits, and skeleton bandits hostile!)
Serana is the merchant and slaver mistress of Ark. She buy slav... hire volunteers for 800 cats each one you bring her. She sells equipments, food, and materials here in the outlands of nowhere. Both have flavor dialogues and can banter with one another if they're close by. They cannot be recruited. You can turn in unique bounties to Serana, such as The Preacher, but this will net you 25% less than their total. ( The conveniences of being a closer spot to turn in bounties with a 25% less payout vs running to an actual UC city to turn them in for the full amount)

Apparently, this guy hoard treasures and weapons from eras lost to time. I say we get down there and grabbed it! ...What? The guy looks and sound legit, for real this time! Unique hivers and skeletons now have a chance to trigger dialogues when their human/shek compatriots burn either in acid rain or the firebeam.
Sadneil and Burn have a chance to trigger dialogues regarding poisonous gas when people are coughing.

Fix grammar issues. Digna has been revised and been given a more unique personality to set her apart from her Flotsam sisters. Reva now has two different dialogue packages determining if Holy Lord Phoenix (bless be his name) is okay or not. If he is alive, she'll be angry as ever but if something were to happen to the Holy Lord, she'll be alot calmer now. This was done to show her growth as a character (she now has a banter with Griffin).

- Fix issue where shek would comment on Seto as if she was there. Now it will trigger when she actually is in their line of sight.
- Unique hivers and skeletons now have a chance to trigger dialogues when their human/shek compatriots burn either in acid rain or the firebeam.
- Sadneil and Burn have a chance to trigger dialogues regarding poisonous gas when people are coughing.
- Add a new biome banter for Red and specific characters such as Silvershade, Riddly, Knife, Horse, etc. Needs to be within a town though. Has a 60% chance to trigger.
- Add two more banters for Flotsam Gals. Knife/Pia and Knife/Reva.
- Fix some grammar issues.
