   Nope it doesn't work, it's not showing on mod list and importing the game doesn't not fix it.

      It's not 0 kb, that's an issue with Nexus. I downloaded it even though it says 0 kb and it was just a small size file, but not zero. Maybe take a moment to validate the issue before you leap on here to complain. You spent as much time and effort doing that as if you had just checked. The mod works fine.

      Worked fine for me, you just need to add it to the Kenshi mod directory, with it's own sub directory pr the same name as the mod.

      Você precisa criar uma pasta com o mesmo nome do mod e colocar o mod nela. Eg.-NoHunger / NoHunger.mod
