Yeah, I was just coming here to say that the latest version added that (undocumented!) dependency. This version of the mod makes changes to a fishman town override, fishman guard squads, and fishman gate guard squads. If you have FCS, you can open this mod and (if you don't have the reconquista mod) it will complain about those three changes. Click the "changes" button in the toolbar, find those three items in the list, delete them, save, and you should be fine.
I would greatly prefer that this mod be cleaned up to remove that dependency, though. I like the core idea of improving the existing abandoned town ruins in vanilla, and would like to be able to have those improvements without having to install a "hurr, hurr, let's make eleventy-one different kinds of fishmen and crank up the difficulty!!!1!1!!" mod along with it. (I can't find a "Fishman Island Reconquista" mod, but I'm assuming that's the internal name of "Deadman's Island".) But if you are deliberately intending to add that dependency, at least document it so that people know it's there before the game complains about missing content.
