There is currently a bug in which Stenonychosaurus and Graffatitan still appear in the places they would be alphabetically if they were Troodon and Brachiosaurus. This is known and a fix is being worked on.
I think that the names for Diplodocus and Mamenchisaurus should be changed.
Diplodocus longus to Diplodocus hallorum. Diplodocus longus is a nomen dubium, which means it is a dubious species.
Mamechisaurus constructus to Mamenchisaurus sinocanadorum. The reason for this change is because Mamenchisaurus sinocanadorum is the largest of the Mamenchisaurus species, which fits with the one in game and in The Lost World.
I did post this on the last mod you uploaded but it got overlooked I'm afraid.
This will be fixed once I finally figure out how to change dinosaur ordering in the hatchery. That has been gnawing away at me, but these fixes will be implemented in the next patch, along with the fixed hatchery ordering.
- Brachiosaurus is based on Giraffatitan brancai (except the 2001 variant) - Apatosaurus in Jurassic World is more similar to species of Brontosaurus, although it's not clear which species it's more similar to as the JWE2 model looks like a conglomerate of multiple species. - The Velociraptors in Jurassic Park is based on Deinonychus - We have no fossil evidence of Troodon formosus except fragments of Teeth, and the JWE model is based on fossils that used to be classified as Troodon but were reclassified to Stenonychosaurus inequalis.
I also heard Stygimoloch was reclassified to Pachycephalosaurus spinifer and Geosternbergia was reclassified back into Pteranodon sternbergi but I have not found any reliable sources to confirm this.
It is my binomial names mod that I have already posted, but with extra features such as more accurate periods in the database for when the dinosaur was from (e.g. "Pliensbachian, Early Jurassic" for Cryolophosaurus) (see the final image in the image list). Stuff such as redone descriptions and paleoecology for all the dinosaurs in the database is also in the works, but it is taking time because every source likes to contradict every other source. Those redescriptions will probably come in batches. There are also some horribly incorrect family names I have to fix.
I am very well aware that Brachiosaurus altithorax should be labeled as Giraffatitan brancai and that Troodon formosus should be labeled as Stenonychosaurus inequalis, and both of these issues will be fixed. As for the Velociraptor, I know it is based off Deinonychus, but we already have a Deinonychus ingame and while yes, that thing is a tadpole-esque demon that should be killed with fire, I can't remove it from the game so I have to leave it as is. The same thing goes for Stygimoloch and Dracorex, both of which have been synonomised with Pachycephalosaurus which is also why I gave all of them the same time period. The issue is that they've all been synonymised as different growth stages of the same species of Pachycephalosaurus, not separate species, so I have to just leave them as Dracorex and Stygimoloch as I can't call them separate species of Pachycephalosaurus. As for Geosternbergia, the Pteranodon synonomisation is up in the air (no pun intended) and it's not entirely clear whether or not it is its own genus or just a species of Pteranodon, so until further clarification, I am leaving it as its own genus.
Brachiosaurus has now been renamed to Giraffatitan and Troodon has now been renamed to Stenonychosaurus. The description, discovery, and paleoecology sections for them have also been changed accordingly, with added info on the respective genera including how Troodon is now considered an invalid genus for Stenonychosaurus' description.
Apatosaurus excelsus, Apatosaurus parvus, and another species I don't remember the name of were reclassified as Brontosaurus in 2015, but I also heard that there is currently a debate on whether or not to reclassify both Brontosaurus and Apatosaurus species into Brontosaurus, which I think is crazy.
I really like this ! Can you make a alt file that renames the 1993 Triceratops to Triceratops porosus whenever people use the Triceratops porosus model edit that Feilong made on the 1993 Triceratops ?
I could, but I would need Feilong's permission to do so. I'm also not entirely sure if I want to do this for other people's mods. I add binomial names for other peoples mods for myself, but I'm not sure about publishing that.
Ah alright but you can just make a general alt file that renames the 1993 Triceratops to Triceratops porosus so I don’t think you really need Feilong’s permission to rename the 1993 Triceratops to Triceratops porosus since it’s only editing the LOC files but I could be wrong about that.

Would you mind let me know that how did you revise the size of dinosaurs?
