Adds more foliage brushes to maps.

All thick tree brushes (impenetrable jungle/thick taiga/etc) exist on the same layer, so adding more than one will just cause both brushes to spawn trees from both sets. i.e., if I add both thick taiga and thick jungle to one map then both thick taiga and thick jungle will spawn a mix of taiga and jungle trees, so we're still limited to one thick tree brush per map.
Cacti seem to spawn both in their own layer and as a miscellaneous shrub in other tree layers (i.e., if you have cacti enabled then they will spawn inside jungles). They are therefore disabled by default and can be enabled inside the Config file.
