I have said this multiple times, but I keep getting spammed so I'll say this again:
GAME UPDATES WILL BREAK MODS.
Do not report every update as a bug, as everyone knows it's going to happen. I have received countless DMs and bug reports with the same thing, and if it keeps going on then I'll remove your ability to post bugs to stop the spam. It doesn't help, it wastes time.
> What to do after an update Delete any mods you use and wait until they are updated, or until the mod author declares them safe to use. Do not use gameplay/script mods that appear to work, as there may be some serious issues that you cannot see behind the scenes.
I know when a mod needs to be updated, I test them with every game update - please don't spam about it here.
> When are updates coming out? When they're done. I have a real life job and other commitments, and now a few dozen other mods and projects to be getting on with, so giving an estimate is entirely pointless because I'll either have to release it unfinished to match that deadline, or keep a finished mod and not release it for a while to match that deadline. - If it isn't released, I'm still working on it. - If I'm done with it, it's already released.
I have a question. I was kinda under the impression that this would remove building constraints (place buildings, paths etc. everywhere) but i still cant place anything outside of the build area. Does this mod not do that or does it just not work in campaign? Because i really hate that part in the game. You see that there is plenty of open area to expand your pen for the dinos to have their necessities but oop, you cant build even an inch beyond this arbitrary squiggly mess of "build area". I dont find any other mod for jwe2 doing anything similar either. Does the game just not accept such an attempt because the place beyond the build area is not coded to work for buildings? The dinos dont seem to have an issue moving on it though :( There was a mod that did this for JWE1 afaik, but i didnt ever get to trying it out.
The mod works just fine, if the game crashes you didnt install the mods in the correct order or you are missing dependencies. you MUST follow the exact instructions in the videos. The mod 100% doesnt cause crashes i used it for weeks now without a crash.
Btw @Kai this is one of the best mods out there, i cant believe that this isnt a thing in the base game (at least for the scenery stuff) The game wouldnt be as good without your mods! Kudos!
why do no mods work for me anymore, since the game updated recently every time i install a mod from you even if they're updated it always says that i have an outdated version of kiacore and i need for example 1.5 or higher and that it cannot initialise the mod, i know you may be busy so please if you cant dont worry about it but if your able to give me any advice that would be great, thanks
Such a great and a must have mod, but when I try to build fences I can no longer toggle the option to see the dinosaur visibility area, it's replaced by the custom length buttons and is only showing where power can reach.
Is there another way to see the dinosaur visibility when building fences with this mod enabled?
pleeeease update this mod! I tried to download it, and it took ages, only for me to realize it's not compatible with the latest version. please update, I would really love to use this mod.
yh it's completely normal, maybe there's a mod out there to fix it but even without mods when you bug the dinos into the aviary they don't make any sound...

When they're done. Edit: also a button to enable/disable the mod (just like the check that is in settings) would be great
