A direct port of the climbable functionality from the meshes of Frozen Wasteland Remastered / Desert Storm mods.
Only modifies the basegame assets, meaning the watertower safehouses will not be torn apart.
This idea was suggested to me a while back, and I wanted to do it since asset repacking didn't require me to fully kick into gear on getting back into mod making.
Though this may be the last mod I will upload, since I am 'retired' from making fresh new mods.
No compatibility issues.
This doesn't provide anything new if you already have either of the Frozen Wasteland Remastered or Desert Storm mods, since they already include these assets.
