Unfortunately this mod doesn't work for me, LOD still the same as Vanilla graphics. Anyways I hope this works for other people, I cant be bothered uninstalling my mod one by one.
Thank you for your comment, please note following: - The action of this mod is best visible with Face Rework by AlexP0 , if you are using default model the difference will be less visible; - Be sure that you are using compatible face model (read description section for this mod); - If you are playing on High or Ultra graphic settings, most probably you will not see the difference in normal gaming process, because LOD distances on this settings are much higher.
Nuhddy, this fix generally was made for Face Rework by AlexP0, because due to changed face geometry the LOD variations effect is more visible there. However, this fix makes default face model to look better on far camera distances as well.
i watched your video and it seemed the problem with the the shadows on the cheeks remain unresolved。Actually, I don't see any difference between the two...
I have reached a good result after deleting AloyFaceTexture_a.bin. Only in rarely cases you see a small movement in the face, but no shadow anymore. You can try it, may be you have succes as well
This mod automatically disables Face_texture_A and Face_texture_B, remaining only Main face texture (which has the highest resolution). e.g. if you install this mod you no need to delete those textures.
As per my last researches Face_texture_A and Face_texture_B are responsible for enhancing some face animations in cast scenes and have no relation to above mentioned shadows on cheeks. Also, after set of tests, I noticed that "Aloy Pretty Face LOD Fix" does not disable this texture files, and they continue to work in game as it should be.
I do have a question since I use the Aloy Face Rework by AlexPo . . .
Does your mod have any impact on the Aloy Face Rework (https://www.nexusmods.com/horizonzerodawn/mods/32?tab=posts)? If so, does it need to be deleted prior to installing your mod?

dhz123, No, this mod doesn't fix cheeks shadows.
This mod is purely visual. Would you kindly categorize your mod visual instead?
