I removed the sock overrides from Hoax's custom formal uniform ( https://www.nexusmods.com/hogwartslegacy/mods/823 ) so that it is now compatible with my silky tights mod ( https://www.nexusmods.com/hogwartslegacy/mods/945 ).
I provided a version which overwrites all outfits with Hoax's custom formal uniform, and a version that only overwrites the original formal uniform.
To install:
- Grab z_104_silky_sheer_tights_P UTOC/UCAS/PAK (chunk 104) and one of the color UTOC/UCAS/PAK (chunk106) from https://www.nexusmods.com/hogwartslegacy/mods/945, but do NOT grab chunk105 (e.g., do NOT install z_105_no_sock_overrides_in_outfit_DAs_P).
- Install z_105_formal_outfit_no_sock_overrides_P UTOC/UCAS/PAK from this mod to overwrite all outfits with the formal outfit.
In other words, your ~mods should look like:

📄 z_104_silky_sheer_tights_P.ucas
📄 z_104_silky_sheer_tights_P.utoc
📄 z_105_formal_outfit_no_sock_overrides_P.pak
📄 z_105_formal_outfit_no_sock_overrides_P.ucas
📄 z_105_formal_outfit_no_sock_overrides_P.utoc
📄 z_106_dark_black_tights_P.pak
📄 z_106_dark_black_tights_P.ucas
📄 z_106_dark_black_tights_P.utoc
Or you can use whichever z_106_... to change up the tights color to whatever you want.
This mod is also compatible with my short skirt mod ( https://www.nexusmods.com/hogwartslegacy/mods/920 ) . Just add z_103_shorten_all_player_skirts_P UTOC/UCAS/PAK to your ~mods (but do NOT add z_107...)
