I'm missing Butterfly Chest #1, but there aren't any butterflies there and I've already done the "Follow the Butterflies" quest?
This is a known bug with Hogwarts Legacy, where following any of the other 14 butterflies allows you to complete the quest, which then prevents the intended quest butterflies from ever appearing. This save editor has a fix for it, as does this mod, but I haven't tested either one myself and take no responsibility for them, so make sure you backup your save before using them!

It's detecting the wrong enemies for the "Finishing Touches" achievement?
I did my best to make it as accurate as possible, but achievements are broken in my game, so testing the Finishing Touches achievement is basically impossible. Hopefully it's helpful for a few people though.

I'm getting the error "SQLite was unable to read parts of the database", which is preventing me from finishing certain collectibles. How can I fix this?
For some reason, it's possible for parts of your save file to be corrupted and unreadable by SQLite. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to figure out a fix or workaround yet. Sorry.
Legilimens says that I'm missing something that I've already collected, or doesn't detect all of my missing collectibles, or links to the wrong Youtube video/timestamp, or any other error.
It's likely an error in my code, so open an issue on GitHub, and attach your .sav file. I'll do my best to figure out what went wrong and fix it as soon as possible. If you don't have a GitHub account, you can also email your save file to me at [email protected], or post the output of Legilimens on Nexus. If you don't send me either the save file or output, I won't be able to fix the problem for everyone else.

I am also getting the "SQLite was unable to read parts of the database" using the executable version. Hopefully this gets updated soon as this mod sounds very helpful!
I played the game when it released and then stopped playing in March 2023. I started playing it again in Dec 2023. While Legilimens could give me all the wonderful data from my save games from March 2023, it could not access any of the save game files from Dec 2023. I suspect the devs made changes to the save format and the mod creator (many thanks by the way) has either abandoned the project or doesn't know how to proceed. The above FAQ says it's likely due to save file corruption but the chances of every single new save game on my cloud being corrupted (15 since I started playing again) are very very small.
I have a two conjurations left to find but my game says I've found them all on the map and can't narrow it down! And now I run Legilimens to see if I can't find out where BUT ALL I GET BACK IS AN ERROR CODE SAYING SAVE CAN'T BE READ?! What do I do?
May work if change the path but not sure if it was a fluke or not. Using Empress (sorry!) and I just changed the path folder to where it was saved. Sorry for the confusion.
You didn't need to delete 99% of your post, it may have been helpful for others running the Empress version.
I don't have anything against cracked games, in fact I support it for single player titles that require an online connection. If the cracked version of this title was fully updated I would install the crack into my legit version to avoid the online requirement.
DRM is just an excuse for privacy invading data collection these days.
There are people working on cracking the encryption added to the DB, once they succeed this mod will work for everyone again.
Yes, I checked save game formats and now it is different. I've tried to find current delta to add to get the start of SQLite data, but it looks like now it's also just bytecode. I've used several UE tools, however didn't have much experience in modding. I will try to take a look into patches for other mods, maybe there will be clue how to adapt this mode source code to new changes
