This mod is a lifesaver! Thank you for creating this mod when a triple AAA video game company can't even patch or fix this game breaking bug! Now I can progress the story again. I did the first method which was removed all my mods in the ~mods folder and install the v3 mod into the folder and start the game from my last manual save before seeing Rackham's memories and after watching the cut scene. I saved the game again and put my mods back into the folder again and continue my journey.
Thank you thank you THANK YOU !!! It's so embarassing that a player can fix something like this for free, and the actual company with a budget and so-called competent people turns a blind eye and haven't managed to fix it for over a YEAR, despite all the people telling them about it...

Removed zz_Revelio2.0_P.pak and FullDialogueOptions_P.pak from my mods folder and upon loading back to the game cutscene played immediately. Saved and closed the game, put back the mods and back to gaming :D Thank you!
