It appears Lighting Ultimate is incompatible with this mod, at least on Sapienza. Slowly figuring out how extensive the problem is and how (if) it can be solved.
Should also go without saying that the old Time of Day Mod is incompatible with this mod, get rid of it.
Does this mod not work in Freelancer? I've been using Freelancer Variations until now, but I don't want to use that anymore because it changes way too much. Just the times of day being varied would be nice though.
Vanilla paris seems being changed into 2016 GOTY before update version ( a pale weather), can anyway to chang it to real vanilla (like sunset and the same with memu photo)
It probably is physically possible yes, this mod just uses a file from the other mods I made years ago that uses a brute force method. It undoes the GOTY ToD changes of Paris because when they're baked into the location it ruins the Holiday Hoarders (Night Time) ToD and turns it into a lame 'blue sunset' variant, way worse than the original 2016 night ToD.
But the change you've requested is so far at the bottom of my modding list it probably won't ever realistically happen as I'm trying to finish a couple giant projects then kinda get out of Hitman modding. Afraid you'll have to live through the plain sky while this mod is on 😔 x

If you go into the RandomToD.json file with a text editor, go to _scene_fashionshowhit_01 and _scene_paris and replace assembly:/_pro/scenes/missions/thefacility/outfits_prologue.brick with assembly:/_pro/scenes/missions/paris/lighting_newlook.brick it will have the desired effect! You know what, I think I'll add it to the ToD website in the next few hours
It is physically possible, but it's just such a hassle because it's integrated with the map and the spawn, which was the main reason I didn't change all the NPC umbrella acts (just a couple which were easier to do). I'm just not gonna put in the required effort when I've got bigger mods on my plate, and am supposed to be getting myself a life and career 😩
I noticed that my game frame rate is locked at 60 after installation, but I'm not sure if it's set by ZHMModSDK, Mission Companion, or Random Times of Day. As a beginner in modding, I only have experience with a few mods like SMF. However, this mod is truly impressive! Although I've only played the Paris map once since installation, the unique experience has deeply captivated me. Hats off to the author!
Can't seem to get Night to work for Real Yacht, even when generating a RandomTOD.json with only that one enabled. All the other times of day work for me. Night Yacht works and looks great on Freelancer Variations though :)
Yeeeah turns out that needs an update from Mission Companion. No idea when that will be ready, but when it is the option will already be on the website at least. I should probably put a note on the website that it's not working right now
Love this mod, just curious though. How come there's no night Dubai or New York? Or any TOD's for The Icon? Just curious if it's an intentional decision or a technical thing or something
Pretty sure they just reuse times of the day from other missions on the same map, and since dubai and mendoza all have the same time that's probably why no variant. Hantu port is a exception but Kevin has already made a whole sandbox hantu port with a night variant so he probably just took it from that, but I agree with you
It's because there's something weird about those maps, I did my usual methods and it just made everything in Mendoza red, as for Dubai it was fairly similar except if I managed to get rid of the baked in reflections (there's a lot of glass in Dubai so a lot of baked in reflections) then it looked really bad.
One day I might revisit if I have more knowledge but my modding plate is more than full and I still probably wouldn't know how to make it look good right now.

EDIT: Downloaded the updated json from this page, and it appears to be working now, not sure why the one I generated with the ToD picker website causes the target not to spawn
This is happening to me with Haven/Maldives. Night variant despawns the targets. Both the default json from the files section and the ToD picker have this issue.
Ah yup, I've found the problem there, looks like I accidentally left a bad file in Freelancer Variations, and Random ToDs is reading that one. I'll fix that with an update to FV, maybe today
Look's very interesting. Sorry for off-topic but i wonder is possible we can have Stalker mod? Stalker will appear in all missions and he will stalk you everywhere just like from The Mallory Misfortune and even possible try kill you if there's no witnesses.

Quit uploadin' amazing new mods after I've only just rebuilt my Load Order!
Seriously though, this looks fantastic. You guys really keep outdoing yourselves with every new mod!
For example, the authors of the Unofficial Community Patches recommend it goes right at the top of the Load Order, whereas Freelancer Briefcases should go right at the bottom.
