Overhauled the addon to bring it up to my new higher standard.

New methodology for suit replacement patches gamedata with a custom charset and outfit, instead of wholesale replacing the existing suits outfit entity. This won't mean anything to 90% of you but there it is.
Said new methodology allowed for variants! Choose between tanktop and no tanktop. It also allowed me to change the footstep sounds to proper barefoot and NPC dialogue.
More boxer short textures to come, maybe. None in this release though.
