Added missing localization thanks to various community members. Added a goodies folder with a few things to celebrate HUI's one year anniversary.The Freelancer tile on the dashboard now takes you to the planning menu with one click.

Complete refactor of the mod, proper blobs support instead of using raw files and all JSON syntax errors have been fixed. More granular options for backgrounds with a few new ones. New options for the HUD, including alpha style button prompts.
