reshade executable:
https://reshade.me/

how use it : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RGNSxGvTFpY

executable path of the game : ..\Steam\steamapps\common\Halo The Master Chief Collection\MCC\Binaries\Win64\MCC-Win64-Shipping.exe

this preset use quint fx :
https://github.com/martymcmodding/qUINT

INSTALLATION
=============

1. execute reshade.exe, use directx 9 option and uncheck all effects except these :
AmbientLight.fx
Clarity.fx
DOF.fx
LumaSharpen.fx

2. copy these other effects from quint github to Shaders folder in executabe path of the game ( ..\reshade-shaders\Shaders) :
Bloom.fx
Lightroom.fx
MXAO.fx

3. rename the downloaded file in this current page at "DefaultPreset (Halo Reach MCC).ini" and put it where MCC-Win64-Shipping.exe is, in ... Steam\steamapps\common\Halo The Master Chief Collection\MCC\Binaries\Win64\

4. play the game, press Home keyboard button (in up of arrows buttons), menu appear, follow steps and choose "DefaultPreset (Halo Reach MCC).ini" in drop-down list (at top)

CONFIGURATIONS
===============

check these effects (in game, in reshade menu) according to your best performances :

High settings :
LumaSharpen,Lightroom,Clarity,Bloom,MXAO,AmbientLight,MagicDOF

Medium settings (I prefer it) :
LumaSharpen,Lightroom,Clarity,Bloom,MXAO

Low (minimum) settings :
LumaSharpen,Lightroom,Bloom

SETTINGS
=========
LumaSharpen : makes the edges and textures sharper and clearer
Lightroom(best and main effect) : allow to set colors, brigness and darkness levels
Clarity : calibrate shading and lighting (increase details of texture)
Bloom : makes blur white and adapt according to lighting
MXAO : makes realistic shadow of sun (important light source)
AmbientLight : makes realistic ambient light of sun (important light source)
MagicDOF : makes blurry far object and allow to focus on near object (more useless)

Notes : this preset is not perfect because I use the adaptive bloom eye and when the screen becomes too dark the white becomes too blurry. But in general, it's prety well reshade. It consumes few resources (60 fps and I have GTX 980) and its rendering is excellent.
