----Install----
Open 'update/update.rpf' in OpenIV and enable editing mode.
Delete 'handling.meta' from the "data" folder.
Add the new 'handling.meta'
--Changes--
This changes the wheelbias of all cars (aside from the following) to make them speedup and fly around at high speeds. Cars not changed:
Tailgater (Michael's car)
Bohdi (Trevor's truck)
Buffalo (Franklin's car)
Adder
Rhino
DLC/Update Vehicles
