UPDATE HISTORY
4.16.2024: Version 1.1 corrects my "Mam/Mum" errors in SLU5B. The Japanese characters in these instances refer to her as 「マムの」 or "Mamu," likely shorthand for "M" considering it's the second part of 「マダム・マム」 or "Madamu Mamu," which is seen more frequently throughout the file.

OVERVIEW
Welcome to "Faithful Dualsubs," the community-requested extension of the main "Faithful Subs" translation project. With this mod, players can read the new, more faithful translations and the original Japanese script simultaneously.

As a reminder, these translations were largely achieved using a combination of Large Language Models and machine learning. While I conducted extensive parallel research to corroborate, substantiate, and validate these translations, they are not perfect. Nevertheless, from the very beginning (long before the voice actor/localizer drama populated your YouTube home page), my objective was to course-correct the English reader's gaming experience due to the aforementioned liberties that were taken and give every line of dialogue in Remake the attention necessary to create an improved English complement worthy of our community.
I hope, and trust, I lived up to the task.
