Changed normal drop rates for 0 and 1 star back to 1x. The game sometimes uses a 100% drop rate to provide a critical game item and reducing the probability could prevent the user from obtaining it.

Lowered the 9.2% -strike chain increment to 8.8% as 9.2% didn't seem to be sufficient.
Removed the Commando Strike mod as the chain increment one works better.

Added a second (better) method to minimize the alternating -strike abilities by slightly reducing the base chain increment

Slightly increased CP of very low CP enemies (<15) in Hard Mode Stat +20% & +35% to reduce grinding time in the early game
Reduced Bomb Self-Destruct damage proportionally with the Hard Mode Stat % increase to reduce the chance of one-shot death. Should be similar to base game in all modes.

Corrected issue when writing modified .wdb file where extra 0's were added to the end of the file. This had no impact on functionality, but made the file longer than necessary.
