Open the file FFXII_TZA.vbf located in the folder of FFXIIwith the VBF Browser
Navigate to /gamedata/d3d11/artdata/chr/chara/c10/c1004/texto get Vaan texture(first one is the texture for the body). Inside the folder
c10 are the files for the other characters:
· 1004: Vaan
· 1005: Balthier
· 1006: Fran
· 1019: Basch
· 1021: Ashe
· 1023: Penelo
· 1024: Vossler
· 1025: Reks
· 1026: Larsa
· 1029: Reddas
Copy the texture file to a folder with the ff12-phyre.exe(it is on the package of vbfbrowser, inside the folder \ff12-vbf). Open a command ...
